The product specification, artwork or pattern repeat, color reference, backing, dimensions, packaging, and approved sample are confirmed before bulk production. Any acceptable color or batch tolerance should also be recorded.

Please send the product or reference image, dimensions, quantity or floor area, application, required specification, delivery city or port, and deadline. We can then state the product, unit and total price, packing, trade term, shipping option, stock or production status, lead time, and quotation validity together.

Yes. Our technical team assists with product selection, traffic analysis, and budget planning.

The timeline depends on whether the selected color and quantity are in stock or made to order, plus sample approval, production, inspection, and transport. We confirm the earliest realistic ready date after the exact specification and quantity are checked.

Yes. We can arrange staged production and shipment according to construction progress.

Yes. We provide export packaging, shipping coordination, and documentation support, with available EXW, FOB, CIF, or door-to-door options confirmed for the destination and order.

Yes, independent inspections can be arranged upon request.

Every quotation should identify its trade term. EXW and FOB prices do not include final delivery; CIF includes freight to the named port; duties and local taxes are excluded unless a door-to-door or DDP quotation explicitly states otherwise.

Send the exact model, color, dimensions, and quantity. We will distinguish available stock from made-to-order production and provide the earliest ready date, dispatch estimate, and closest practical substitute when timing is critical.

Our facilities support large commercial orders and multi-location projects. Available capacity and the production schedule are confirmed against the selected construction, quantity, and required delivery date.

Quality control can include approved-sample reference, raw-material checks, color and batch review, in-process monitoring, finished-product inspection, packing confirmation, and third-party inspection when requested.

Available fire-performance, indoor-air-quality, material, and durability documents vary by product and construction. Tell us the required standard, such as a specific fire classification, before quotation so we can confirm the applicable report rather than assume compliance.

MOQ depends on the product, stock availability, color, and customization. Stock items or samples may support a smaller trial quantity, while custom colors, designs, and production runs normally require a higher project-specific MOQ.

Warranty terms depend on the approved product specification, application, installation, and maintenance conditions. We also support issue review with order records, batch information, photos or video, and inspection evidence.

Loading quantity depends on carpet thickness, backing, roll or tile dimensions, carton size, pallet requirements, and whether products are mixed. We provide a packing and container-loading estimate after the final specification is confirmed.
